Refund Policy

We provide a warranty that safeguards against manufacturing and material defects for paintings purchased through our website. This warranty encompasses damage resulting from normal usage; however, it excludes incidents such as accidents or improper use. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will either repair or replace the painting covered under warranty.

Custom portraits

Please be advised that custom portraits are non-returnable Custom orders fall outside the scope of this guarantee and cannot be refunded, as they cannot be resold to customer.

Third party disclaimer

Please be advised that the refund policy is non-transferable to third parties. Purchases made on behalf of others cannot be returned for a refund if the recipient expresses disinterest. Furthermore, custom orders are excluded from the money-back guarantee. Once a portrait (photo converted into a painting) has been approved by the customer for shipping, it cannot be returned for a refund. Should you choose to return the painting, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, note that the shipping of frames is prohibitively expensive; therefore, all frame purchases are and not included in the money-back guarantee. While you may return the painting for a refund, frames cannot be returned due to the associated shipping costs.
