We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of administrative authorities acting under actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of any person not employed or contracted by our carriers or contractors, including the sender, recipient, customs, governmental authorities, or third parties, security regulations imposed by governmental authorities, or other security regulations applicable to the delivery point, force majeure, - such as riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotion, viruses or diseases, failure or interruption of communication and information systems (including, but not limited to, communication and information systems). force majeure, such as riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, viruses or diseases, failure or interruption of communication and information systems (including, but not limited to, our carriers communication and information systems), any interference in the air or road transportation network, such as due to astronomical phenomena, industrial action, electromagnetic damage to or erasure of electronic or audio-visual pictures, data, or recordings, and natural calamities, including but not not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, etc.

Shipping Policy 

The receiver agrees that his/her shipment will be deemed unacceptable in the event of the following circumstances

1. Harmful goods, dangerous goods, prohibited goods or restricted goods as stipulated by the International Air Cargo Association, International Civil Aviation Organization and other relevant government departments or organizations;

2.  Failure to comply with the customs declaration procedures in accordance with the relevant customs regulations;

​

3.  Express shipments are classified as dangerous goods, or our carrier considers that they cannot be safely or legally transported, including but not limited to: shipments involving animals and their parts, currency, bearer instruments, negotiable instruments, counterfeit goods, precious metals and jewels, firearms and their components, ammunition, human limbs, pornographic materials, illegal drugs/medicines, strong-smelling items, vaccines, reagents, chemicals, dry ice, fresh seafood and live seafood, and restricted items (b) the recipient's address is incorrect; (c) the recipient's address is incorrect; or (d) the recipient's address is incorrect.

4.  the recipient's address is incorrect, incomplete or not properly labeled, or the shipment is incompletely or inadequately packed to such an extent as to be insufficient to ensure that the shipment can be safely transported under normal and reasonable conditions. Our carrier shall have the absolute right to deal with, including but not limited to destroying, any shipment which is rejected under this section as it thinks fit.

Delivery Delays

We will use reasonable endeavors to dispatch shipments in accordance with their normal delivery standards, but these standards are not binding and do not form part of the contract between us and the sender. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays in transportation.
